Quality Control (QC) Inspection Services
What we do:
Supplier verification: Give you a clear picture of the status and work ethics of your intended supplier
Initial production check: On-site Product Inspection performed before your production begins, up until 20% has been completed
During Production inspection: On-site Product Inspection performed when 20-80% of your production is completed and packed for shipping. This inspection of randomly selected units from all completed batches of your production informs you whether or not your factory is continuing to follow your original specifications, and if your production is still on schedule. A DUPRO keeps your production on the right track.
Pre-Shipment Inspection: systematic inspection of units selected at random from all batches of your order, conducted when your production is at least 80% complete. This is your final opportunity to take corrective action before your production is finished and packed; making it an effective tool to safeguard your product against costly import risks.
100% inspections: systematic inspection of 100% units selected conducted when your production is at l00% complete. This is your last final opportunity to take corrective action before your production is packed, conducted pre or post packaging inspection, The purpose of the inspection is to sort out as many defective products as possible that have known issues during the number of man-days allocated. Other checks will not be done during this inspection.
Quality control inspectors will visit your manufacturer’s factory to ensure the process and products meet the standards agreed upon before shipping to you. Quality control services include on-site factory inspections and testing with detailed reports to help ensure that your products meet your specifications and manage product quality in your supply chain. The most commonly used quality control inspections services are product inspections.
